Welcome to LIVE-ON. Here you'll find everything you need to know about purchasing our unique, reclaimed timber furniture. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our process, from order to delivery and beyond.
Quality and delivery assurance
Each LIVE-ON table is built individually to your requirements, ensuring a unique and bespoke piece. Once completed, your table will be carefully packaged for delivery. Our freight partner will take the best care of your table and deliver it straight to your door. In the unlikely event of damage during transit or handling, they will cover the cost to replace up to and including the first $2000.00. We pride ourselves on the quality and craftsmanship of our reclaimed timber items, ensuring each piece is a testament to sustainable design and enduring beauty.
Returns and refunds
If a client changes their mind after receiving their order, they will be responsible for returning the item in perfect condition along with paying for the freight. Once the item has returned to LIVE-ON, it will be inspected for damage etc. Once it has passed inspection, a full refund minus shipping will be deposited into the customer's account. We aim for a fair and straightforward process for all our customers in Feilding, New Zealand, and beyond.
Caring for your reclaimed timber furniture
To keep your LIVE-ON piece looking its best, dust the table with a duster. For liquid spills, wipe off immediately to avoid staining. Consider having a piece of glass cut to fit the top to protect the surface from spills and downward force damage. Our furniture is crafted from native timber sourced from old houses and buildings, giving it a unique history. This reclaimed timber lives on in a new form, serving a new purpose, and with proper care, your piece will last for generations.
Important conditions and payment
Payment in full is required to have the order placed into production. Please follow the instructions on the checkout page. Orders with the wrong freight zone selected will be put on hold. Understand that delivery time may vary based on current order volume. It will be worth the wait for your unique, hand-crafted item.
